「The weather was unseasonably cold. The small heater in the unit was not able to keep up. Contacted the owner and they supplied an additional heated that made it more comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.」

「Our group of 6 friends thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Raymond's gorgeous home. The location is great, so quiet and pretty - but just a short drive to everything going on in town. We took great walks through the nearby preserve to the beach, and down the cool Mesa Lane steps (check it out!). The home feels very modern but still comfortable, with plenty of room to just hang out (indoors and out). We would return in a heartbeat!」

「I actually thought (based on the pictures) it was just one bedroom and the futon in the living room as the "second" bedroom. But I was pleasantly surprised to have two full bedrooms with King sized beds. Cute property, I really loved that the unit was over the carport, so we didn't have to worry about my toddler stomping around. Bathroom and beds were clean. Loved the fact there wasn't a two paged detail list of "cleaning" we would be required to do before check out. We did take out our own...

「Overall, we loved our stay here. The communication from the property team was a little confusing. They told us they have laundry machines on property but when we arrived we found out that wasn’t true. Also the large outdoor dining space is shared. We wish we knew that before. We definitely stay here again though! 」
