「This is the perfect little space for two people, and actually quite roomy for a studio. We didn't cook, so I can't speak to how well stocked the kitchen was, but it did have a Keurig and a couple mugs.I loved this quiet location in Meiner's Oaks. 「Love the easy access and how close everything was! 」

「The space was beautifully decorated and located in a quiet area of Simi Valley. The check-in process was very problematic for me. The extra information requested by the management company didn’t prompt me for a credit card and therefore delayed my process of checking in by four hours. Also, two of the smoke alarms beeped for 7.5 hours before the property manager took care of it. Very disruptive for someone trying to work in another one, trying to recuperate from surgery.」

「My kids and I needed a place to stay for about a week while we were in the middle of a move. The property was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed, and more. The property was very clean and newly renovated with new amenities all throughout. My kids and I were able to go about our daily routine without any additional stresses knowing we had a place to come home to that felt like a temporary home away from home. The washer/dryer in unit was a MASSIVE convenience. TVs in both rooms....

「We were in town for our nephews wedding and this place was better than expected. The condo was plenty big for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids and it is located right next to the only playground in the complex which was perfect for our kids. The multiple pool areas and game room were also a big hit with the kids. One of the reasons we booked this place was because it is so close to the beach, but our kids were having so much fun at the pool we didn’t even go to the beach. Rajvir was a great host...
