"Loved my stay here! Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a little better than typical. Hotel was quiet & I felt safe. Very close to beach, restaurants & shopping. Free parking! Loved the balcony overlooking the harbor! Pool was very nice & heated! Was an amazing stay. I will be back!"

"Amazing experience. Offered us an upgrade for a reasonable price to a presidential suite. Very large and convenient room close to the pool and the beach. The game room off of the pool was a cool addition. The beach was very nice and almost seemed like a private beach. Food was a little pricey but very good. We will be back."
"The stay was great. The property was like an oasis blocks from the beach. It was comfortable and there was good communication with the hosts. We will definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful property and great experience. Clean and spacious property well stocked with all necessary items for cooking, grilling, dining in. Great space for our family of 6 to spread out. We had several family members in town with us who were staying at other bearby resorts or properties and were able to host family dinners a couple of nights. We made such amazing memories and the property provided such a great setting to do so. Great access to silver strand beach which is awesome. Good sand dollar and sea glass beach. The kids loved the game room in the garage and to body boards for the ocean. Great community around the property. Neighbors were kind, welcoming, and neighborhood is safe. Quick access to tons of activities. We booked fishing charter with Channel islands spirt fishing. Highly recommend. Nearby Zechariah Dunes is beautiful. Leo Carrillo State Park is a great place to spend a day. Washer, dryer, grill, dishwasher, basement kitchenette were all great to have on hand. would absolutely return to this property!"
"Fantastic stay! Was pleasantly surprised that as a pet friendly rental you couldn’t tell because the place was very clean & well taken care of…immaculate if you will. Lots of room for 4 adults & a toddler. Top deck which we had was a lovely addition to be able to enjoy throughout the day. Location was great! You could see from the living room/dining area the channel. Made watching for boats fun & you could see & hear some seals/sea lions too! We could easily take a short leisurely walk to get to the Strand Beach which was nice & not crowded. Convenient location to grocery & other stores for necessities while staying there. Was also a quiet neighborhood considering so close to the beach/ocean. Met a few neighbors who were very nice too. Just a really good stay there. If possible & you’re thinking of visiting Oxnard we’d definitely recommend this particular rental or perhaps one of their others based on our visit. "
