"We love this hotel "

"Beautiful hotel with French theme throughout. We paid for room with view of Eiffel Tower. Our window did not have a tower view unless you stood off to the side and looked off to the left. We immediately spoke to a hotel representative. They couldn't place us in another room intil the next day, we were only staying 2 days. Next day, our room was changed. The view was slightly better. However, the window and bathroom magnifying mirror were covered with mudged fingerprints. The bathroom door was filthy. No soap dish, just put bar of soap directly on counter. When we requested a soap dish, we were told that they don't use soap dishes anymore. (Our first room had a soap dish). The suitcase stand was broken. We called for w new one, told us that one would be sent to our room but didn't follow through. No phone chargers. They to"

"TERRIBLE Shower water pressure . Shower allows water to flood bathroom floors . Everything in the restroom is either breaking or broken "

"Tv didn’t work in our room. Called 3 times yet no one ever came to fix. Finally gave up. Electricity went out one morning and as a consequence couldn’t take shower. No water. And we had business meeting to attend. Elevators weren’t working and we had to take stairs from 20th floor. We called for breakfast room service. Elevators weren’t working so it never showed up. Food in restaurants was bland at best. Beers were expensive. Staff were jaded and not friendly. "

"Room was clean, but daily housekeeping was unreliable, even tho they asked at check-in if I wanted it (YES). Day 1, showed up at 4:30 while I was napping after walking all day, told her forget it. Day 2 nothing."

"Good location. Nothing included however, from breakfast to the parking so be aware of that extra cost before travelling here. There was no microwaves in the room either, water was several floors down in a workout room cooler and it had rather dated amenities such as basic cable on t.v, no other media such as Disney + (oddly enough). Otherwise there is plenty to do here from the arcade to the bar, and the pool and hot tub as well as there being a princess that entertains the children and a cafe. The place was clean and well taken care of with friendly staff."
