"The only issue we had at our stay was that we had reserved a room with two queen beds and instead got a room with a king bed. We made this reservation weeks in advanced and it would have been nice to had gotten the room we reserved."

"TERRIBLE!!! The showers were clogged right when we checked in. We called maintenance and no one came until we were about to check out. Couldn’t shower for two days after spending hours in the Vegas sun. They gave us a $50 dining voucher as a fake sorry and NO ONE ACCEPTED IT. They told us all the restaurants including the food court on MGM/Luxor property would accept it but nope! Only 3 restaurants and two of them were closed. No manager available. No one willing to help. No working escalator. So have fun carrying your luggage down a flight of stairs. Shaky elevator that feels like it will snap any minute. Never coming back. "

"We showed up to check in, and there was literally nowhere for us to park our car to check in at the hotel lobby. We drove around for about 30 minutes until we ended up taking a parking ticket for a lot that was already full (there were no signs to let us know it was already full), and then we kept driving around the hotel until we just gave up and parked our car on the side of the road with our hazard lights on. I finally made it into the hotel lobby. Once in the hotel lobby, I waited about 20 minutes to be helped only to be told that they will “find me a clean room”. After waiting another 10 minutes, they finally gave us a room. Our room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non smoking room. It was still dirty. There was a nasty hair on the bathroom sink, and no soap in the bathroom. We hauled our luggage all the way to the room to find that out. I went back to the hotel lobby to let them know about how bad our room was; and to ask for a different room. They told me to wait in line like everybody else. I already waiting in line for 20+ minutes to be checked in to a dirty room, and they wanted me to wait even longer. They refused to help me, even after asking multiples to times while they had 7+ employees just standing behind the desk doing nothing while I was asking for help. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had staying at a hotel in my life. Please do better! We will never be staying at the Excalibur again. They disappointed us in the worst way possible !"

"The room was dirty. Spots left where someone before us spilled something. Between the time I stepped out of the shower and made it to the bed, my feet were black because the floors weren't clean. Walls are paper thin. Could hear every word of our neighbor's conversations. Figured out real quick why it's the cheapest hotel"

"We stayed for 1 night. We will stay longer next time. Prime location to downtown and the fisherman's Wharf. We utilized the gym in the morning it was nice. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The valet parking staff provided excellent customer service. We definitely will be back."
