"The house was beautifully clean and the beach view was superb. You can see the channel islands directly out of the main dining/living area and master bedroom, which provides a "focal point" view and it is wonderful. The beach access is also superb. The house was exactly as described. The area is quiet and safe. Highly recommended, would return here in the future. The host communication was excellent and responsive. They spent considerable time cleaning the outside, the glass was spotless, and that takes a lot of time and effort. The kitchen was well designed and appliances worked flawlessly. The layout is great for this location and the furnishings were tastefully selected and properly laid out. I will repeat that having the channel islands in the background provides a much more visually striking view that the standard ocean perspective. All remote controls and controls overall were thoughtfully labeled and easy to understand. 8 minute drive to the launch point for the channel island boat tours."

"The perfect family beach getaway! The house is half a block from the ocean. There are boogie boards, soft top surfboards, chairs, umbrellas and wagons to cart it all out there. We loved biking around the neighborhood and playing ping pong in the garage. The beds were comfortable and the place was beautifully designed. Melissa was a wonderful host and answered any questions we had. I feel like this will need to be our new annual vacation spot!"
Ocean Front Beach House Right on the Sand

"Every year my hubby and I along w/my mom and brother and sister in law and my nephew and daughter go on a vacation- so we need a 5 bedroom. We find homes near or on the water because the water is our happy place. I have to say, the pictures do NOT do this place justice. The ocean views are literally spectacular. You are literally on the beach. Also the section of beach that is in front of the property is perfect - not at all congested. Feels like entire beach is for us. Also they have lots of comfy chairs and 2 rocking chairs which are perfect for sitting on the beach. The Master bedroom on the 3rd floor is wonderful. You are lying on the bed and you can see the water from the king sized bed! You can even see the water from the extra large Jacuzzi bathtub (we paid the extra to have access to the shower/tub area on the 3rd floor and i recommend it). My husband loved the tub and I loved the 3 shower head walk in shower. Nice strong water pressure!We love doing puzzles and they had a nice assortment of puzzles and I read one of the John Grisham books they had on the shelf! Well stocked kitchen and wonderful patio on 2nd floor (where the kitchen and living room are). When you walk onto the 2nd floor all stress from work disappears as you take in the expanse of the ocean. It’s truly wonderful. Bro and SIL had their on private room/sitting room/bathroom downstairs! This place is a 10/10."
