This property was a perfect alternative to a pricey hotel room. The bed was comfy and the place was spotless with everything we needed for a quick 2 nights in Santa Barbara.

Janina was welcoming and Room A was small but perfect for solo traveling. The road is close-ish to the off-ramp of a freeway so getting in and out can be tricky especially with the tight ramp. Very close to downtown SB! Recommend it

We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and check-in was seamless and easy. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and everything felt clean and well cared for. Having a dedicated parking space was a huge plus and made our stay even more convenient. Overall, a wonderful Santa Barbara stay—we’d happily come back.
