"I think this was our 5th trip to Carpenteria. We live in the Bay Area but one of my daughters and husband live in LA. We are making it a tradition the celebrated Easter there and this was one of the nicest places we’ve rented. It has everything we are looking for; especially access to Santa Claus Beach. Very dog friendly, spacious, well kept. What’s not to like. The next time we head to Carpenteria this will definitely be our first choice to return to. Thank you very much for making our stay easy and enjoyable."

"Beer cans and trash in the parking lot. Dogs barking all night. AC not staying on even though i had set it to cool, it changed to automatic on its own. "

"Staff of arrival were very kind and friendly. Got our room walked in water all over the floor very slippery almost fell . Had to go get room changed that was quick no problem got a new room . Check out Staff not so friendly. Hotel can use a huge facelift inside and out. Bathroom and room was not clean hair on the floors and dust as well everything looks so old and dirty . Area and location not so great. "

"Comfortable stay near the beach and town. Carp is a very cool beach town with lots of character. This is a great base for exploring the area. We liked the small town vibe. Good apartment that’s well equipped. We really liked the swimming pool."
