Jennifer's was my getaway from noise, cement and traffic in LA. Great for a single or a couple. Summerland, California is a nice little sea side town just minitues from Santa Barbara. There are a wide variety of activities in the area, sun and sand, surfing lessons, vineyard tours, horseback riding--something for everyone. Just go and enjoy yourself!"

"The condo was clean and in close proximity to the beach and eateries. The condo was quite and felt very safe. It was nice to have a designated parking space, which made it so easy. The host was quick to answer questions. The only issue, it was very hot in the condo due to the weather. Unfortunately, because it is coastal, the condo does not have a/c, only fans. During the time we stayed it was particular hotter than normal, the fans did not seem to help with cooling the place down. However, I imagine that is not the norm. Usually, the coastal areas cool down during the evenings. I do encourage others to stay and enjoy their time at this condo."

We loved the proximity to the beach and all of the amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, boogie boards, board games and a wagon to haul our beach items. The property manager Ruta also gave us solid tips on where to eat & what locations to visit. It was an all around enjoyable stay."
