"This property is perfectly located for views of the Pacific and the mountains. It is in immaculate condition and has everything you could desire. From expansive kitchen, large and comfortable bed rooms and welcoming entertainment areas. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaiunment of all kinds. The upper terrace is wide and comfortable with stunning views, the garden is very well maintained and offers a very relaxing atmosphere with lovely plants and many visits from birds. The garden is easlily accessible from the spacious lower floor. It is located close to good restaurants and lovely diverse shops. It is also a short drive to downtown Santa Barbara and the Harbor. I would not hesitate to stay here again. They have thought of everything."

"I have stayed here several times and it is just as inviting and welcoming each time! The location is wonderful, the view is amazing, and it offers a very private house and yard with a charming atmosphere. Amy, the agent, is great at communicating & always makes me feel at home. Summerland is a cute, quaint town and is very close to Montecito and Santa Barbara. I have family in Santa Barbara and I hope to continue to stay at this property many more times in the future. "

"I would recommend this property to anyone as it was super clean well supplied in the kitchen and the pool was warm upon arrival and we had no issues except one guest did not know how to shut off the shower. Help came as soon as we requested. Maybe an off sign on the valve would help others. "
