「This is a very good option for a stay in Santa Barbara. It feels like a nearly new property which is well designed and finished. My well appointed and quite large room was on the third floor - I saw that certain rooms on the second floor had balconies, if you would like outside space. The location is perfect, a short walk to the marina and the restaurants and a short walk to Stearns Wharf. I found the breakfast to be just what was needed to start the day.
