The building is all new. I loved it staying there and totally met my family needs. Apartment is great. I missed some kitchen accessories - they have only a few. Other than this, communication / instruction from the property manager was very good and clear.

The check in insurrections are by far the worst I’ve ever had. This also isn’t the “global luxury suites” - I put that into my maps and I was walking around the wrong apt complex for 45 mins trying to call customer support who was absolutely useless and rude until I finally realized the global luxury suites on maps is not the right place. Then when I finally got to the right place which was another 20 min drive away, the app didn’t work and there were no instructions on what elevator to use and how to get into the building which took another hour. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as well. Highly don’t recommend staying here.

Clean and good location but no actual person to check in and the app that was provided few hours before your check in time was unreliable at times which was bit frustrating. Could not request extra towels since they did not have anyone on site.

While the property itself is great (clean, quiet, good amenity), communication and management is poor.
We were given a code to a wrong room in the Latch app as they re-assigned us to a new room on the day of check-in but didn’t update in their system properly. We stepped in a room that was clearly occupied! What’s worse was we were emailed that all staff would be on Thanksgiving break and we should call some back up phone number, but the back up person clearly belongs to a different firm and was not sure how to handle this and told us there is a chance nobody would be given it’s night before Thanksgiving (so very stressful for us after a long day of driving).
And even more funny was we tried to call the original number after all, and they were actually not on break at all! They were indeed able to help.
It seems the property is subcontracted through many firms and between each layer there is some communication barrier. Too many miscommunication and mismanagement made an otherwise wonderful stay stressful.

Garbage disposal did not work.subtle rumbling all day and night- off and in. Not sure if it was trucks outside, the elevator or garbage shire. Not noticeable with tv on, but noticeable at night. Electronic locks were confusing.

This property is nice, but everything is automated. During your stay you will never see a front desk person or any person that can assist. All communication/issues are communicated by phone and/or text. There are not physical keys to use. Instead there is a Latch app that you download and use to enter the parking garage, elevator and room/apartment, etc. It takes some time to get used to and not all of the entries & exits are listed logically. For our group, we all used one login and password, just FYI. Not sure we would stay here again, we realized how nice it is to have actual people to talk with at a typical hotel if you have an issue.

Latch key system made for a horrible experience
Getting into the property was a nightmare. The Latch smartphone locks didn't work. Their system was down the first night and I waited 30 minutes for someone to call me back and manually enter me into the system. The elevators require the Latch app to work and the app requires wifi. Wifi doesn't work in parking garages, so I struggled the first 2 days with getting the elevators to work. Not worth the trouble.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay - except could never ever contact anyone by phone to help in any way. After a long delay they'd send an email and call (which I always missed due to flights so go voicemail) and if I replied to email immediately I'd still not get a response until too late.
The Latch system (instead of keys, to enter every door and use elevators) did not work for my phone and no employees understood how it worked. I absolutely needed to have service which I did not inside of the elevator so an employee at the leasing office had to let me in so I could get service at the top floor . It took hours and hours of everyone's time.
We were given late checkout as an apology, which I appreciated.
(the leasing office people were really uncomfortable because it was not their rental situation, but helped as much as they could. We had just wandered in because we had the wrong address and thankfully they could access our floor in our building)

I've never been more appalled in my life. This was an expensive rental. I called as i was in the Uber to confirm information for checkin. I was asking to check in 30min early. Was told she would check and call me back...never called back.
Went to the 49ers game then to the hotel and couldn't get into the building. Called every number available through the callbox and emails presented and could not get in touch with anyone for an hour as i stood out on the street with my luggage. Ultimately had to book another hotel as it was close to midnight and i needed somewhere to go.
This was the second time having issues getting into the building and they refused to refund my stay. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

The property requires two apps to enter: the latch app and another one developed by the property. The instruction and code for the latch app never arrived - even after we contacted the property. My apartment uses latch and I have no issue receiving any related info except for this property. For the other app, there was always a "cannot connect to server" error message, preventing us to do anything. We ended up booking another hotel and since this payment was not refundable we basically wasted a few hundred dollars. Communication is way faster if you let Expedia customer service contact the property for you - we told the property about the check-in issue in the morning and there was no response until we contacted Expedia.

Nice Apartment but noisy and access difficult
The apartment is well sized, clean and comfortable and is well located in the centre of Silicon Valley. Unfortunately the apartment fronts onto the El Camino highway and is therefore really noisy between 7am and midnight. Fortunately it quietens down overnight so sleep is possible. In the evenings though it is difficult to hear the TV over the traffic noise.
Initial access is difficult as there are two garages and 6 different lifts each access a limited number of apartments - the lifts don't indicate which apartments they service, so if you are unlucky you may have to go up and down 6 lifts before you find the right one. You also need to download an access app to secure entry, so if boy have arrived from overseas and you don't have cell coverage then you are in trouble. It took us two hours to gain access to the apartment and that was only via the assistance of some residents.
There is secure underground garage parking which is great but access requires you to get out of the car use your app to access the control pad to then open the gate, regrettably by the time you get back to your car the gates have already started to close again - sometimes you can get in other times you have to repeat the process - if there are two of you then you can use your passenger to trigger the gate whilst you then drive through.

Simply beautiful room
The room was in a fully furnished, brand new apartment building. It was a great way to spend a business trip in which I was traveling with a friend, as we each had our own rooms and bathrooms. The room was utterly gorgeous and very comfortable. It was like having a second home on a business trip. I'd definitely stay here again.
Because this isn't a standard hotel, the check in process was a bit different, and could have been simpler. For example, after booking, i received about 5 different emails, each of which expected me to do something different (e.g., notify them how many keys I'd need, or whether I needed parking accommodation). If I had missed even one of them, then check in might have been more challenging.
Once I arrived, I could pick up keys from a lock box and head up to my room. Instructions never mentioned that there were two elevators and that there was literally no way to get to my room from the elevator I first chose. I circled the floor for a solid 10 minutes confirming I wasn't crazy. Then I had to physically go to the apartment office to get parking instructions, because despite providing information that I'd need a parking spot, no info was given. Turns out there were no restrictions on parking despite each spot being numbered. Another confusing step was that, despite having received paperwork, there was no mention of my room number on it anywhere. I had to go to the apartment office to ask for help.

luxury apartment
Everything is fine, beautiful, and convenient, so it's very good to stay.
But there are only two bad things below.
One is low-pressure shower,not high-pressure, and second is the drain clogged in the bath tub from the first day.

Not great
Room was ok. No onsite staff. All interaction was via phone or email. Communication was awful. Reply took hours. All communication took multiple contacts, never got the same answer, no one cared. Road noise was so excessive. Beds were crap. Electronic lock system never worked the first time and was excessively cumbersome. Minimal kitchen plates, cups. No supplies. Would not go back.
