Pleasant Inn

4/10 Poor

"Pro: Conveniently located with easy free access and lots of good placed to eat within 5min. FREE parking although really really tight to get in and out. Con: Rooms smells really bad. Not just the cleaning agents but a terrible smell that cannot be rid despite keeping the door open. Room appeared clean but was not. Hairs all over the floor, I had to use one of the towels to wipe the entire room to feel comfortable walking around. TV too small, no continental breakfast, and no microwave in the room."

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The hotel is on the smaller side, but that’s what made it nice. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. The rooms could use some TLC, but all in all the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. We were in the kitchenette king suite, which allowed us to fix some meals in the room. That saved us from going out every for every meal. There are washer and dryers on site and they work well. 30 minutes to wash and about an hour on the dry. The dryer runs very hot, so if you have 2 loads to wash, you can do a single dry for both loads. There is a $200 cash deposit you will need to make upon check in, but it was refunded promptly upon check out."

"Better off saving your money and sleeping outside than here. Worst hotel in the area by far. Pillows were flat and old (yellow stains) bathroom smelled like someone took a fresh dump and left it plus the water pressure in the shower I’ve had better from a garden hose. On top of that the area is sketch and I was worried when I was a wooden bar in the window to keep people from coming in.. again go elsewhere"
