"The pool and the kids activities were great. Also lovely to walk to Legoland. The hotel rooms are cleaned with bleach and heavy fragrance throughout the hotel. The staff was not very helpful, we couldn't check in until 20 minutes after check in because a room wasn't available. They did not give a run down of all the activities available to kiddos, no introduction to the differences between two pools, someone was often not at the front desk and it was hard to get service in the bar/lunch area. "

"This was such a nice hotel to stay at. My best friend and I were only able to visit for one night, but it was absolutely worth it. We will 100% be coming back. Bob at the front desk was the best! Very knowledgeable and personable. He had an amazing attitude, a contagious smile, and you could tell he actually liked his job and wanted to be there! It was also really cool how my name was displayed on the TV right when I walked in. "
