「We booked six nights for two adults and three children. The pool was fine. The home itself is worn down. The tile in the house is broken, unlevel, and a tripping hazard. The kitchen needs to be refreshed and out of date food items thrown out and new kitchen pans and cooking utensils purchased. Towels are all old and mismatched. The dining table chairs are rickety and there is not enough seating for five people to eat at the dining table. The place is advertised as sleeping five but there is one...

Was perfect base for a beach vacation but easy access to the rest of San Diego. The host were very responsive and provided alot of information. Exactly as advertised. 「Most everything was as expected and advertised. We did have trouble getting one of the TV's to work and locate the channels. The 0wners came over to help but it was still too difficult to figure out with the 4 different controllers and the unusually TV service as well as the older TV. Also later on the upper level stove from was coming off and had to duct tape it back on to keep from falling open. Also the downstairs stove did not work.
