「Liked the location - closeness to the beach and town - but could use a major upgrade to the many torn/damaged beach chairs and wagons in rough shape (one set of front wheels not attached). Cleanliness not up to standard for this location/price range - floors very dirty (not just from sand) - in need of a major scrubbing - probably need a strong power wash on the upper balcony! Other simple fixes - like a bin for storing beach toys vs just a big pile of them, fix closets/bath drain in lower...

「It's a very nice lil cabin...the pool was big an clean... Everything was there that we needed... Just maybe a lil maintenance in the yard for guest, and clean the cobwebs inside the cabin....besides that it was very nice,would again!!!!」

「Luxury? NO! Updated? NO! Bathrooms dirty-hair in shower drain, soap on shower door, hair and debris on floors. Living room furniture is dirty and in terrible shape. Downstairs 3 bedrooms and 2 baths has not been remodeled or updated since it was built in the 1970’s. Porcelain tile in shower has grout that is deteriorating. Furniture is shabby, mattress in the queen bed sagged towards the middle. Patio furniture had sagging seats, paint peeling off of it. Dining room chairs had no padding left...

「Small but functional. Host is great! Very accommodating. Yard is beautiful, expands the "living area" immensely.Very clean.Shower door rather low, hard to keep water from spraying out. Parking is okay. It works, but prob best for a more compact car than ours.」

「We were visiting Oceanside for a sporting event that got cancelled due to bad weather prior to our arrival. So we never ended up staying at the home. Our payment had been made a long time ago and was non-refundable but the owners were very helpful in helping us recover at least the cleaning fees. Definitely good owners to rent from and I would highly recommend booking with them.」
