「The property is beautiful and clean, really tastefully updated. Our room was clean and super cute. It had almost everything we needed, even an air filter! The beds were very comfy and a nice shower experience. We loved the Japanese soaking tub. The courtyard coffee on the weekend was lovely. While there is a heating unit in the room, we did have to ask for an extra blanket since we like to sleep with a little more weight on us. 「Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!」

「Clean, spacious two bed room. Each room has it's own private bathroom and shower. The beds were just ok. Well equipt, full size kitchen and frig made it easy to cook. The pool is a great place to hang out. If you want to grill, make sure you ask for the special grill knob as soon as you book.」
