「One of the reasons that I wanted to get this place was because of the backyard. But when we got there, it was dirty. The table and the chairs and the grill were filled with spiderwebs. 「We had an incredible Memorial Day weekend stay in Avalon! This condo exceeded our expectations and gave us the perfect Catalina experience. 「It was a scam. I got scam . My reservation was canceled. U caused me emotional stress. We were late to our son’s soccer tournament. We drove about 2 hours to receive this??? I had to find another place to stay with our newborn baby and a toddler. Marriot don’t offer any stay. I’m will never book through Expedia, cuz it left me and my family with worse ever experience. 「The house is perfect for a family or two. Lots of beds, and they are comfortable. It was the perfect house for 9 family members, and we could have fot many more. Grandma stayed downstairs so she did not have to climb stairs. This was perfect. The fire pit on the second floor was nice, and the location is amazing. It is a very short walk to The Village and the Marina. Great fishing right at the marina. We caught bass and catfish. A perfect place for our Big Bear vacation.」

「Ella Homes is a predatory property management company and I would advise anyone to never rent from anything from them. My family was evacuated due to the GNK chemical explosion threat in Garden Grove. I have a young son and two vulnerable elderly parents at home. 「Loved our stay! We stayed for BottleRock, so we did not spend all day by the pool, but we did get use of the hot tub, the views in the morning, and the pool table at night. Family of 5, 3 of which were college students, had a great time.The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend for a family or a group of friends.」

The fireplace was great place to chill out at night and chat. All that plus good mood lighting.
