Jose and Courtney have thought of just about everything to make this a homey alternative to some of the more sterile/modern options. 「The unit only had 2 beds. We had reserved space for 6 individuals. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit. If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. I was asked to park second vehicle near by as per management for a fee but was asked to move several times which was a huge inconvenience. I asked for a parking refund and parked at Pacific Edge Hotel. I was woken up by...

「We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and truly have loved the condo and its location off Cleo ST. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. "10年ぶりに利用しました。大変清潔で過ごしやすかったです。場所もディズニーパークに徒歩で行ける距離で朝から夜まで満喫できます。ちょっと残念だったのは駐車場が有料（かなり高額）になっていたことで説明にその旨記載いただければ助かります。"

"チェックインの際、日本語で書かれた案内チラシをいただけたので、英語が得意でなくても館内施設やシャトルバスの利用方法がスムーズに把握できてとても助かりました。また、ホテル専用のシャトルバスは本数もあってパークへの往復に本当に便利でした！お城をモチーフにした可愛い外観や広いお部屋など、全体的な雰囲気は良かったです。ただ、お風呂（バスルーム）の排水がかなり弱く、シャワーを使っているとすぐに足元に水が溜まってしまい、なかなか引いていかないのが大きなマイナスポイントでした。水はけの悪さのせいか衛生面でも少し気になってしまい、快適にバスタイムを過ごせなかったのが残念です。シャトルやスタッフの方の対応が良かっただけに、水回りの改善を期待したいです。"
