「The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot.」

「First, the host was really great. Communicated very quickly. Unfortunately, the house was basically like a Frat house. Not cared for at all. The smell was not great. The whole house is just dirty. The host offered to send someone out but this house needs a lot more than a once-over with a broom. Based on the price, I wasn't expected anything luxurious and the location is great. But you don't expect the house to be a filthy mess.」

「The unit only had 2 beds. We had reserved space for 6 individuals. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit. If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. I was asked to park second vehicle near by as per management for a fee but was asked to move several times which was a huge inconvenience. 「We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit.
