The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had an amazing view facing Disneyland and were able to watch the firework show, it truly added to the magic of our Disneyland trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms, nice marble/tile bathroom that was clean and modern. The staff was very kind and very friendly. Pool was easy to access, 1 mile away from Disneyland Park with shuttle walkable distance from the Hotel. I’d definitely recommend. Although, hotel parking fee was more than usual fees.

We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Anaheim! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Having a bathtub in the bathroom made a huge difference for us, especially traveling with our little one. The location is another major highlight! The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Disneyland and right next to The Cheesecake Factory, which made everything incredibly convenient. The only downside was the parking situation. The hotel offers valet parking only, and the cost is quite high. We believe having a self-parking option would be a great improvement and give guests more flexibility. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

A friend and I stayed at the JW during a recent trip to Disneyland. We are so glad we chose this hotel. The hotel is stunning, immaculate and so comfortable. Their market is a perfect place to grab a quick bite for breakfast and a coffee before heading out to the parks. The hotel has a daily fee which includes a $20 credit to use at the market or the onsite restaurants or bar. The JW is conveniently located across the street from the Toy Story parking lot. There is a free shuttle from that lot to Disneyland. If you choose to walk, it only takes about 15 minutes. I enjoy nice hotels and usually stay at the Grand Californian, if it’s available, The JW will probably be my first choice in the area from now on.

The accomodations at the JW were very nice: room was comfortable and the hotel was great overall (starbucks downstairs was very convenient). However, I was not impressed by the food quality and variety at the hotel. The rooftop bar was pretty cool and it was convenient if you want to walk around the Garden Walk area.

Beautiful, very luxurious clean, and well-maintained hotel with excellent, attentive, and welcoming staff. However, I was disappointed by the additional fees: no welcoming water to drink no complimentary breakfast cost $40 per person, VIP parking was $69, and additional resort fee was $40 a night. These costs should be clearly disclosed upfront during 3rd party upon booking process.

We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriot in Anaheim. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's about a 6 minute walk to the Disney shuttle bus. My only complaint is the mandatory valet parking that costs $70 a day. In the future that's something I will check before reserving a stay.

Such a wonderful hotel for our family trip to Disneyland! The hotel was beautiful, the room was amazing, staff were so helpful and wonderful. The pool was so nice and relaxing and the room service was perfect after a long day! Close walk to Disneyland! I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back again.

Staff are super kind and helpful. Cleaning staff were exceptional. Be careful of hidden fees or ask for clarification for $20 vouchers which can catch you if you don’t know the refresh times. Shower head was not great. But there was a super cute note and macarons given for our “mini honeymoon”. So 100% will stay here again in the future.

I travel often and this was perhaps the most pleasant and easy stay at a hotel in a city. The staff was very professional, the building is beautiful inside and outside and the breakfast was my favorite meal the whole time in LA/Anaheim. I would highly recommend.
