「Check-in starts at 3pm. We arrived at 8pm and our room "was not ready yet." We're guessing that's hotel speak for "we gave your room to someone else."
It was fairly annoying that we had to pull out our ID every single time we needed to access the elevator to get our room. Is there that much crime in that area?
Water pressure in the shower was very low. That seems to be pretty standard with hotels. We had the added luxury of not having any hot water from the shower head. Hot water was abundant...
