"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Suite 1104. The room was great and well-appointed. The staff was nice and helpful, especially the clerk at the counter when we checked in. The only problem was the couch in the living room. It leaned forward. It was a sleeper sofa, and I think the hardware under the cushions prevented it from sitting level when the bed was stowed. We called the front desk about it, and she said, “My report says it has been repaired.” We had already moved in and did not want to change rooms, so we let it go. But it needs to be fixed. Whenever someone reserves a suite or any other room at a “resort”, they expect that everything will be nice and comfortable. The room was great except for the couch that caused you to slide onto the floor."
