"Room was horrible. When we arrived there were 3 light bulbs that were out and the toilet seat was broken. Our friends had a large bug crawling up their wall. No elevator. I’m handicap and found it very hard to climb the stairs. You should take them off your list. "

"This property was quite disappointing. The moment we stepped into the room, we were greeted by a pungent smell of mildew and mold. It was evident that bed bugs were present, as the sheets were stained and both the linens and towels were unwashed and crumpled. There was hair and dust scattered everywhere, and the photos online didn't accurately represent the standard room—it resembled a cheap motel setup. The pool was in disrepair and obviously hadn't been used in ages. It was so neglected that no one was available at the front desk for check-in; we had to call for assistance. Strangely enough, when we inspected the room, we noticed the owner was busy powerlifting his car right outside the rooms. When we decided we couldn’t stay the night, he showed little concern for our discomfort. This place feels like a money trap with no regard for guest wellbeing. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations! We will be contesting a refund. "

I made my reservation over a month in advance, but upon arrival, and after a long day of travel, I was informed that my booking had been canceled due to overbooking. I was not notified in advance in any way. Without consulting me, the staff arranged alternative accommodations at a nearby motel, which was not comparable to what I originally reserved. Adding to the confusion, a family member who booked a week after I did had no issues with their reservation. Based on my experience I would not choose to stay here again."
