"Thank you for the opportunity to stay in West Yosemite. It is very convenient. The place was delightfully decorated with the bear theme. The 2 bathrooms listed were misleading. One is a laundry room. Huge disappointment for 5 people The view was vast but difficult to see with the dirty windows and cob webs. "

"this is a very nice property and we liked much about it including an almost fully equipped kitchen, a laundry, a secure garage (bear proof) We were unfortunate in that there were frequent and prolonged power failures making it difficult to prepare meals, take showers and do the laundry."

"The good - location. The bad: 1: gas fireplace would not stay lit more than 5 seconds. We had to use a space heater to heat room. 2: walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors on all sides. We were lucky enough to have a crying baby one one side, sick coughing couple on the other and loud walkers above. 3: mouse scurrying across the floor. 4: advertised as having propane grill, even with pictures of it on vrbo. "The house was beautiful and spacious, but has serious drawbacks. The 1st major complaint is that the beds and pillows are hard as a rock - the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on (and I’ve traveled a lot). It was so hard to fall asleep that I ended up using my clothes as a pillow. Every morning, I woke up with a backache because of the mattress.
