"My little family and I stayed at this cabin during Easter weekend. We were greeted with a somewhat unexpected snowstorm the first night but it absolutely made this trip even better! The neighborhood had the roads plowed by 6 am and the driveways were being worked as well. Our driveway was cleared by 7:30. The cabin was perfect and we had the best time. "We had a good stay here once we were able to get into the house--the message we received with check-in information provided both the wrong house number and wrong door code. We could not reach the property manager to get the correct code (granted, we arrived at around 11pm and VRBO was able to eventually reach them), but fortunately we guessed the correct code. "Gorgeous location. Excellent food. Comfy beds. Sturdy but soft pillows. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The grounds are soooo beautiful. Like it’s been built right into the surrounding nature. Quiet. The food was delish. Bar at the Tavern is so fun. The staff are incredibly sweet. And knowledgeable about everything. Only negative: we called twice for them to come clean our room, even though we had declined room service earlier. They said we could call if we wanted it at any time. But no one ever showed. "
