「I needed a place inside the Yosemite park boundary because I was visiting the park on business. Traffic at the gates can be horrendous in the mornings. I arrived at the home later in the evening and was thankful for the ease of checking in. All the instructions on how to enjoy the property amenities were clearly explained in the email communications as well as the onsite directions. A quiet neighborhood and a second story deck with barbecue made for delightful evenings. 」

「Cabin was perfect. Exactly as advertised! Very convenient to have level parking in front of house with no steps into front door or to master BR/BA on main floor. This is perfect layout for anyone with mobility problems or who simply doesn’t wanna drag a suitcase up several flights of stairs! 「Location was great. Loved staying in the park. The unit was a bit rundown. There was no cover on the upstairs hall fan bathroom. There was hair in the upstairs hall bathtub and it appeared as though it had not been cleaned, as well the shower curtain appeared to have mold on it. 「Cette location est très bien située dans le parc des Yosemite : dommage que le ménage soit minimaliste et que les deux banquettes convertibles soient très inconfortables. A ne pas conseiller à plus de 6 personnes, sauf si les couchages supplémentaires sont destinés à des enfants. Nous avons informé du problème le prestataire. Sa seule réponse a été la mise à disposition d'un matelas pneumatique livré le deuxième jour, ce qui ne pouvait pas plus nous satisfaire (8 adultes de plus de 60 ans)....

「No place to unpack clothes. No hangars in closet. Bare minimum on supplies (towels, toilet paper) no broom. Acorn mgmt not customer friendly. Furnace broken at a time of year a heater was needed. Space heaters barely adequate, temp in living area in the 50’s with the one working space heater in that area cranked up to 75. Had to shovel 6 inches of snow off 36 stairs to get stuff into unit. Booked 3 nights, only stayed one.」

「When we arrived at the unit, there was no electricity. There was no accommodations made. The entire unit was electric. It was 98° and it was impossible to get a hold of someone. I am still trying to get a hold of someone I would appreciate help from Expedia in this matter.」
