This is a beautiful place to stay. The property is lovely and the staff were so wonderful and caring and made our stay amazing. From the minute we arrived until we checked out, the staff made sure all of our needs were taken care of.

My wife and I recently visited Lucille Palm Springs for our honeymoon and it was a great experience. Alfredo and Ross were extremely nice and accommodating. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the room was comfortable, and the two private patios were perfect to be able to sit outside, while also having some privacy. We already can’t wait to come back next time!

A perfect stay

Amazing stay!! Beautiful property and rooms, maintained to such a high standard. Excellent breakfast served out by the pool. Our only disappointment was the one night stay we’d booked - wish it had been longer. Ross is a superb host.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary here and this place was the perfect spot to do so . We definitely are coming back. We stood in the Lemon tree villa and it had everything we needed in there. Kitchen, living room , private jetted tub outside in our patio , a shower that you could also access from the outside . Breakfast every morning with fresh lattes made the the lovely ladies . We even got to enjoy freshly made banana bread made by Ross. The grounds are beautiful and this place was so private and felt like our own little oasis. Thank you to the wonderful staff!!

I stayed at The Lucille for 5 days and it was majestic. My room, the Yellow Oleander, was spacious, clean, and included all the amenities. The continental breakfast by the pool was also quite lovely. Drinks were served poolside by Ross and Alfredo--what a treat that was! They were so accommodating during my stay and always available. I will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Palm Springs. Highly recommended!

More beautiful and comfortable than the pics listed here. Once you enter the resort it seems like you are in spain. Not even mins away from everything be it shopping, bars, restaurants or night life.

Outstanding property and amazing service

My wife and I rented Villa 1 for a few days. It is a wonderful property with tons of privacy. Alfredo provided excellent local recommendations and Ross made amazing fresh grapefruit cocktails in the afternoon. The heated pool and included breakfast are also wonderful. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a romantic vacation spot for my partners birthday. This place absolutely nailed it! The room was better than the pictures! The staff was wonderful! Property manager greeted at us arrival, Ross the boss made delicious cocktails, and the girls were very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Historic Boutique Hotel!

Absolutely loved this charming historic boutique hotel! My husand and I stayed here to celebrate a birthday and expectations were exceeded. Our bungalow was roomy, authentic decor and style, and completely comfortable with all creature comforts, including a private patio and spa. Wonderful architecture and art throughout, the grounds, public spaces and pool are beautifully maintained, relaxing and inviting, Poolside continental breakfast delightful. Excellent staff and Alfredo, the manager, was awesome. We'd return in a heartbeat.

We spent a week at the Lucille in late February and had a wonderful stay. We stayed in the Desert Palm bungalow which was spacious and well appointed. The property has been recently remodeled and is in pristine condition. We enjoyed the sparking pool during the day and the firepit under the stars at night. The gardens are lush and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was nutritious and so delicious. Alfredo was the consummate host...nothing was too much trouble. All in all, an idyllic place to stay.

We were welcomed by Alfredo(?) immediately upon our arrival. The Lemon Tree was amazing. I wish we had the time to use the outdoor tub. The property was beautiful. They had a continental breakfast in the morning. It was so relaxing. I do wish there were more pool chairs as we did not have an option for chairs upon our arrival because they were all filled. Other guests would leave the pool area but left their belongings on the chairs so we weren’t able to utilize the pool area without chairs to sit down after.

This place is the neatest spot I’ve stayed at on any vacation in a long time. It’s so beautiful. There are only 9 villas/bungalows so you feel like you’re at someone’s private home but still at a luxury hotel. I didn’t even know I had a 2 bedroom bungalow, the price was still hundreds less than other hotels I was considering. There are all kinds of special touches in the rooms, and the pool felt like it was our own. There were probably 4-6 people at it besides us, it was peaceful and quiet and has a huge complimentary breakfast at the pool in the morning. I love this place and will be back.

The Lucille Hotel is an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how stunning the property is—immaculately maintained with thoughtful details everywhere you look. The atmosphere is both stylish and serene, the perfect Palm Springs escape. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with a great balance of modern design and cozy comfort. Every little touch, from the bedding to the lighting, felt intentional and elevated the whole experience. I slept like a dream! The continental breakfast was superb—delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully presented. It was such a lovely way to start each day. What truly sets The Lucille apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Ross and Alfredo, in particular, went above and beyond to make my stay very special. Their hospitality made a lasting impression. I’ve stayed at many places in Palm Springs over the years, but The Lucille is by far my favorite. It’s everything I look for in a getaway and more. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!
