「The house was exactly as advertised! The rooms and the general living area where what I expected. The contact with the host was quick and decisive. The only drawback was the street noise at certain times of the day and night. House is in close, 11 minutes, proximity to SFO. The house is also located about 22 minutes from downtown SF. Overall if you are not bothered by road and airplane noise this is a perfect adjacent location for forays into SF!. 」

「The place was great for us & so easy to walk to BART. Was a 15-20 minute walk & is in a nice, quiet neighborhood-even coming back at 11:30pm. The bed is very comfortable & the bathroom is roomy with a wide shower. We did not use the appliances, but cupboards were well stocked. Did not have any noise during our stay. 「If you are looking for a place to stay for a couple nights on a budget with nearby public transportation, I recommend this place. I will say that having more than 3 guests can feel really tight, but it wasn’t unbearable. I was adventuring primarily in the city most of the day and came back to sleep and it served its purpose. There are many concerns about the neighborhood online and by family living in the city, but I didn’t feel unsafe. I never stayed out past dark hours for extra precaution....

「This was so convenient. A block and a half from our daughter, 3 blocks from BART. The place was very clean and well appointed. I knew it was a basement unit, but at first was surprised when entering through the garage and almost no natural light. We were using it primarily as a place to sleep so that wasn't an issue. Didn't use the advertised outdoor space--it wasn't great. However, for a clean, quiet, convenient place to stay, I recommend this. We will return.」
