「We stayed here for over a month, while doing a housing search in SF in three of the apartments. Great location, clean and comfortable. Crucial to making the stay good was Ryan, the onsite manager. He was very helpful answering questions, with arranging moving rooms (early check in so we weren’t between rooms for hours). This type of “virtual concierge” hotel only works if someone like Ryan is on site. Cleaning crew was also great and fast. Beds were all recent fairly firm memory foam....
