「We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful residence. Spacious enough for a place that’s close to the airport for easier travel. Host was very quick with their responses and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend」

「My husband and I enjoyed our stay during Pride 2026 — it was a safe haven coming from all the events. Parking was a little nerve wracking — but we figured it out. Our host was of great help during our stay. The area is very quiet and relaxing. We loved staying in this room specifically because it was like we were living in a library — truly a magical and private experience. There’s a lovely cafe down the street called Barista that has some delicious avocado toast as well as a bodega for any last...

「The location was amazing, the view from the back deck was great. Very clean and easy to access. Perfect for what we were looking for. Attentive host that provided the details needed to access the unit. Will be staying here again.」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was in a great location and close to all the things we wanted to do. Our host was very kind and knowledgeable. We highly recommend a stay here if you ever need a place in San Francisco.」

「The home was very well maintained and clean. The proximity to beaches and a number of other sites was very convenient. We used the garage, which in itself was quite useful. Just be advised that the driveway is quite narrow, and a nearby resident routinely encroached over the drive with their parking. I would stay here again if I was traveling with a group.」

「Overall this was a great price for the money. Had everything you needed and in a safe neighborhood. Check in was easy. Safe, free parking, 20-30 mins to most things you are going to go do in San Fran. However, I do pride myself on being very honest in my reviews, so there are a few negative things worth pointing out. The description said private patio, there was a nice patio for chilling. However, it was shared with the owner and the one evening she was out there for a couple hours when I had...

「Great value for a good size suite close to downtown SF. Having laundry was nice and the bunk beds in the separate closet room was ideal for a child. Excellent suite overall and only minor issue was we could hear a lot of footsteps upstairs at night and early morning.」

「Wonderful property in a residential area. Great location that was easy to get into SF.」

「It accommodated us really well. 3 bathrooms was very nice. Loved the outside back deck. Loved the big dining room table.」

「Very cute basement flat with all the needed amenities — kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable bed, etc., all in a charming quintessential SF neighborhood. Given that San Francisco can be cold in the summer or winter, the radiant floor heating was most welcome and kept the entire place super-comfy. Vin is a pleasant, attentive host and is a very good, proactive communicator. Top-notch experience!」

「Such a cute place! Parking spaces were limited but we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot. I’m not sure I ever truly experienced San Francisco hills before on foot. 😅 Amazing parks (for bird watching) and amazing food nearby. Just be aware of the hills.」
