This was our second time staying in this very cozy home in a simply in an excellent location to restaurants, coffee houses, Golden Gate Park and more. The host is very accommodating and we love staying in this home. The kitchen is well stocked. Having a place to park is fantastic! We will be back!

It's a very spacious apartment in a great location with everything you could need, including a very well equipped kitchen.My husband and I stayed here with our 2 children (age 18 and 22) for 4 nights and we all loved it. Everything you need is walkable from here and it's a great neighborhood. We enjoyed Angelina's cafe and had a superb meal at Pearl 6101 which is only 3 mins walk from the apartment.We also walked to Baker Beach from the apartment and that was wonderful - great views of Golden Gate Bridge. We had a fantastic hike at Land's End - amazing views and fantastic sunny weather. We drove to Trojan Point to see the absolutely incredible sunset - we've never seen anything like it!Thoroughly recommend staying here!

We love to stay in Vrbo's when traveling to give us extra room to spread out. This home provided that and a garage space for our rental. Location is great with a variety of restaurants in walking distance. Will love to stay again if our travels brings us back to San Francisco.

Great place in a great location

This was a good fit for our combined family trip (2 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents). The dining and living room were a great size for gathering and the two bathrooms helped accommodate everyones needs. We put the kids with us in the two connected bedrooms, and the grandparents had their own room. There were so many thoughtful things to make this stay easy including coffee already there (in addition to the coffee maker), good selection of appliances and kitchen utensils allowing us to prepare our own food, and a great selection of restaurants in the area. I often struggle to sleep away from home, but the beds were firm but comfy (they have a mattress topper if you like softer) and the pillows were excellent. The hosts were incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We loved that we could walk to the beach, into the Presidio, and to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and food marts. It was also nice to be able to dine in the apartment. Edmund was helpful about storing our suitcases for a few extra hours.

Splendid SF Escape!

Great in every way! From the location to ease of walking around the area and it's central location to parking our vehicle in the garage. Great layout and amenities and a nice bottle of wine on arrival!

I've stayed here numerous times over the course of five years. Imagine my surprise, after a year away, when I was met with a new LG washer and dryer in the rental. There was also a new bed in one of the rooms, an extremely comfortable mattress topper AND a new living room couch. I genuinely love this place.Just be thoughtful of the the cohost, which is the neighbor you share a wall with.

Lots of amenities, great location

This property had lots of amenities including parking, washer/drier and the kitchen was stocked and well labeled. The beds were comfortable. The location was great with Clement and California Street having so many nearby restaurants and markets. We enjoyed our stay.

Richmond Visit

The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the large dining table for eating and working, and the large TV for movie watching. The neighborhood is charming with a grocery store and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great Access to Presideo and Golden Gate

This property was exactly the home base that my young family needed to access The Presidio and Golden Gate parks. The hosts were great to work with and the place was large and comfortable.

Wonderful accommodations and location

We stayed four nights at this charming flat in San Francisco's Richmond District. It has historical charm, with all of the modern amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. A short walk away were excellent cafes and restaurants. We were able to walk to Golden Gate Park and Park Presidio, where we got an incredible view of the Golden Gate Bridge. One night we attended a movie at the nearby Star Theater. Edmund was a wonderful host and communication was very good. We hope to return soon!

Great neighborhood

We loved our stay in the Outer Richmond. Great neighborhood, many great restaurants within walking distance, comfortable beds, well stocked. Edmund is a great host and very responsive. The garage is very convenient if you have a car.
