"Staff was great, pool was heated. It was raining so we didn’t partake, but the ambiance was so cool and eclectic. Staff was great and let us leave the car in the parking lot while we went out for an amazing breakfast down the street (Brenda’s soul food… also most excellent!) we walked to the Great American Music Hall for a show. Everything was easy. "

"Hotel Nikko is near tenderloin so be careful walking around at night. The room we got had a Bluetooth speaker in it so that alone would make me inclined to book again. The staff were really nice. The lobby looks clean and modern. It’s a bit dusty in the rooms which caused a lot of allergies but otherwise good stay. "

"Location was great, very close to Union Square and to Moscone Center. Rooms were cozy, but really excellent and they had everything you would need. Very comfortable bed, fast wifi, clean room, fluffy towels. The ambiance was very cool. Staff was outstanding, extremely helpful, in particular Rebeka at the front desk. Highly recommended."

"Parking is in the Westin Garage $50 a day and is valet. Elevator was being renovated when I was there but worked and was fine. Room was spacious and very trendy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Blackout shade really works! "

"This place is excellent. I didn’t know what to expect from when I was looking at pictures online, but the place is beautiful in person. It’s over 100 years old and still has the same opulent style from when it was built. Our room was huge, and despite the age of the building, everything was very well maintained and in excellent condition. The staff was all very friendly and polite. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in town. "

"I have stayed in SF numerous times and this hotel is by far my favorite. It was clean, the decor is so well done, and the staff was so pleasant and accommodating. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone looking to stay in SF. The only con is the surrounding area is not great (a lot of police activity, a lbut that can be said for a lot of SF."

"This is a historic property important to the history of San Francisco. The lobby has been re-done by Phillip Stark, and was popular with young workers on weekday afternoons. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would reserve it again. "

"Excellent place to stay in SF. All the conveniences of a top property while priced less than other top places to stay. Once you stay there, you will understand why it was President Obama's preferred place to stayl in SF. We recently stayed at another SF Hotel and deeply regretted not going back to the Omni. We were a bit put off by the $92 a day parking--but going forward will just look at it as part of the total room price when comparing other properties."

"No complaints. Kind staff. Yes, the surrounding area can be 'lively' at night, but it's really close to public transit/BART so I was always on my way to somewhere else and not hanging out too much around the hotel. There are some good coffee spots nearby. "

"Around 40 minutes from the airport and only a few blocks from the metro station. Everything you need is a few minutes walk from the hostel. Property is a great deal and was safe.
