Yes and Irene at the front desk was most helpful. The doorman was also extremely helpful, can't remember hsi name just the accent, maybe Scottish.

Great place to stay near Union Square. The room was clean and spacious. Lots of dining options in close proximity to the hotel. Right next to August Hall! I did not use the hotels parking but there are many parking garages near that allow overnight parking and are affordable.

The hotel is in a good location for walking to restaurants and places of interest. Staff were friendly and accommodating and room was clean and well appointed. Loved the shower pressure too!
