From the first day of check-in and throughout the weekend, the front desk staff did not acknowledge me as I came and went. Simple gestures such as “hello” or “good morning” were noticeably absent. In contrast, on Tuesday—the day of my departure—a new staff member greeted me warmly with “good morning” and wished me an enjoyable breakfast. Additionally, during checkout, the front desk attendant apologized for not being immediately available. This created a clear and positive difference in the level of hospitality compared to the previous days. I shared this feedback at checkout, noting that it was disappointing not to have been acknowledged during the majority of my stay, while also complimenting the Tuesday staff for their professionalism and welcoming demeanor. The contrast highlighted how impactful consistent, courteous service can be on the overall guest experience."

"I called ahead to insure I had the room I was expecting. I spoke with a manager on site that assured me i did. I rented a suite for a friend's birthday. I arrived and was informed that just because I reserved a certain room didn't mean I could get it. They had trouble finding a room to suit what I reserved. The room was dirty, the bed was unmade, towels in the floor. They couldn't move me anywhere without down grading my reservation. I had to wait an additional hour and a half. I was super disappointed. Why offer something that wasn't available? They did comp my dinner (hamburger) and Gene tried to make it right by making us a couple drinks and I was allowed a late check out by an hour. Roberto the guy who checked me in, blamed the new girl. Took no responsibility. If not for Gene the while things would have been a bust. I'll think twice next time."

"The staff was welcoming. The hoteĺ it self very clean. Staff ws quick to respond to questions or needs. Breakfast was good , again clean. Overall great experience i will definitely be staying here w my family again ! Also great location 10- 15 min from everything. San Francisco with out traffic 45 min."
