Julie R. and Cristina C. literally came to our rescue and were the best as we were overseas when we discovered our loss! Also, room was clean and comfortable and just a easy ride to the airport! "Hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice. Only gripe I have is that they do charge a $200-$250 deposit that I wasn’t aware of. Granted this deposit was for the hotel in case we damaged the room or used the valet parking (which we did) and is 100% refundable. Just would have been nice to know of before hand so I knew what to expect when checking in. Besides that though everything else was great!"
