The TV is solid, the Wi‑Fi is strong, and the yard is huge. Most essentials are within walking distance, with a pharmacy, convenience stores, and restaurants about half a mile away. Westfield Valley Fair and Santana Row are just a mile out, and all the major sports venues are an easy 15‑minute drive."
