I honestly recommend to whoever read this go to Santana Row or Amwell hotel. Staff wasn’t to be seen, nor manger to be found "

"A nice, small house in a good area, short walking distance to Valley Fair Mall. Only 1 bathroom, so the folks in the 3 bedrooms will have to share, but this is typical of houses this age. Host has posted all instructions for WiFi and checkout next to the door, so expectations were clear."
