vibe. The staff was immediately welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and ease of checkin. The rooms were clean, sparse and comforting. Robes and slippers to lounge in, an active downstairs lobby/lounge area, coffe shop and restaurant with great food too. A piano in the lobby was a nice touch. "Arrived quarter after check in time and the room was not ready so they put a rush to get it ready. Check in staff was awesome, they were apologetic and accommodated our wait with refreshments. The room smelled like old carpet cloaked in floral scented fabreze or some sort of air freshener since it was just cleaned. We almost asked for another room. We turned up the heater temperature, made coffee and peeled tangerines to change the smell and it worked so we didn’t have to ask for a different...

"Our stay was amazing! Felt as if we were staying with family. As soon as we walked in they knew welcomed us and knew us. They even wished my daughter a Happy Birthday! They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Anything we needed they made sure they were there to help with whatever. Room was amazing and clean. Hotel Manager introduced himself and made me feel like family. Great staff and manager! Overall recommend this 100%!! Definitely will be coming back soon! "
