Easy and fast check in. Really clean and up to date hotel. Lots of restaurants to eat at in the same parking lot. Short drive distance to the mall and Santana Row. Great hotel to stay at.

I was the only person checking in but it took them 25 minutes to check me in because of a computer problem. They charged my card multiple times and at one of the counter guys was not friendly at all
