Oh my goodness double tree is one my favorite and best hotel ever. Rooms service was super great. Customer service also great. Environment was so clean and fresh. My room was fresh and clean at all time. I did not regret my staying at Doubletree at all. My only problem was the price of parking 32 Dallas pa night. The lobby area, restaurant, gym, and pool were all fantastic spaces. Our family spent a lot of time in the pool and had a great time. The staff was helpful and the place was clean. The rooms and hallway (3rd floor) were pretty outdated with some pretty visible carpet stains but as I said, it didn't seem dirty just old. The halls and rooms could use a remodel but this was still a fine place to stay close to the airport.

I was only there overnight so cannot review all the facilities. My main complaint was the smell of marijuana in hallways and the hotel needs renovating. I would not walk on those carpets with bare feet. The room was clean so that was nice.
