「We had a very lovely stay. The beautifully preserved house has a winery in the front yard. The property manager was very helpful when we had questions. There is a more road noise than we expected and there wasn’t a dishwasher. Both are manageable. 「The house was amazing, so comfortable for our group of 7! The beds were comfortable and the back yard was PERFECT! The neighborhood is quiet and it felt luxurious! Communication was great when we had questions about the hot tub and the kitchen was great for cooking meals!! Only thing that we couldn't figure out was how to turn on the TV, but we ended up not needing it. We loved it and would definitely stay again!!」

"LA観光目的で滞在。クリプトドットコムアリーナで用事があるなら至便です。治安も日本人が割と滞在するリトルトーキョー周辺よりマシです(あくまでダウンタウンの中では)。近くのPICO駅からUSC、サンタモニカ方面、メトロバス停からはグリフィスパーク、徒歩圏内のメトロステーションからハリウッド等、値上がりしているウーバーに頼らない移動はしやすい。(ただし乗車中は注意を)。ドジャースタジアム行くならウーバーかユニオン駅まで行ってスタジアムエキスプレスでしょうか。レイカーズの試合がある日は周辺で怪しい出店や写真撮ってくれ→CD押し売りして400ドルとか請求してくるならずものが出没する点は注意。すぐそばの工事が止まってる落書きだらけのビル周りは近づかない方がいい。(私はそこの前で捕まりました泣) 施設のサービスは満足。部屋広いです。朝食時間中は2階でコーヒー無料。朝食メニューもそこそこあって無料コーヒーを考えると周辺で食べるよりは安い(もっと抑えたいならラルフズも近いのでそこでサンドイッチとか買ってもいい) ジムは20数キロまでのダンベルとトレーニングベンチ、トレッドミル、ヨガスタジオ。トレーニングルーム内に無料水ボトル、タオルがある点はgood。 LAライブの飲食店もダウンタウン内では結構遅くまでやっているので便利。"
