「The cottage was conveniently located. The home was clean though there were quite a few bugs, which wasn’t unexpected in the middle of the woods, but several dead ladybugs (maybe beetles that look like ladybugs?) were around bed posts. There is NO WIFI. I will never make the mistake of not looking for this amenity again when I rent through VRBO. It would have been fine if there was actual cell service, but there was not. And cell service throughout town was already spotty. This lack of WiFi made...

「Very nice place, close to surrounding attractions. The communications was awesome, pool was a great thing for the kids. Home had all we needed with comfort and was new and well maintained. We would definitely come back!」

「Very clean beautifully restored farm house. Plenty of room. Host were very nice and offered good suggestions for area activities. Good location for visiting Marquette and other areas.」

「Property owner was very friendly and accommodating. The room had all that we need for the short trip. We really enjoyed the stay and the use of the pool.」

「Exactly as described. This property is attached to the owners main house, but is very private and beautiful! Quick walk into town (Boliva), and a small drive to Harpers Ferry. Highly recommend this property, and also Kelley Farm Kitchen in Bolivar for food!」

「Nice, getaway, lake access, hot tub, comfy beds, grill, all good, steps r dangerous, and no bathroom upstairs, all in all nice house」

「Very cool property, so relaxing, we had 7 people. It was clean, roomy, beautiful surroundings, truly all that we hoped for. Karem was very kind, helpful, & friendly!!!We were invited to walk around & explore the property, fed our food scraps to the chickens, enjoyed their cats, dogs, & horses. We couldn’t have felt more welcome.」

「Beautiful property inside and out!We loved exploring the pond and enjoyed the outside fire pit and hot tub!Inside layout was wonderful for our family gathering!」

「This is the perfect location from the Kentucky Horse Park. We loved how quiant the house was. I love the set up if this house, that my husband and I had our own bathroom and our kids were on the other side of the house with their own bathroom. Everything was very clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. Loved that there was a laundry room as well. The host was quick and responsive to any questions that I had. We would definitely stay here again.」
