「Upon parking (ample st parking due to neighborhood) & exiting your car you are immediately struck by the smell of people using the street as a bathroom and the sight of homeless on every corner. The upscale building is centered in a no-man's land of downtown with no businesses and just urban blight. Yes, you can walk through this neighborhood 4 blocks and reach Little Italy. The areas feel unsafe at night and unpleasant during the day. Instructions, policies, forms, signatures, messages...

「Amenities, location and stay was fantastic! One of the most comfortable beds and even sofa beds ive ever had at a stay! Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Have a breakfast bar as-well with a ton of snacks! Highly recommend this spot」

「Good shower, comfy bed. Close to beach-right across the street! Dining options good within walking distance if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk. Only downside of the location is the parking. No designated parking so you are competing with beach goers from elsewhere - not the property’s fault. Would recommend for location and value for price.」
