"Beautiful property but the rooms/lobby need to be updated. The beds we not comfortable and the water pressure in the rooms could have been better. However, the service was amazing and staff members always would greet us with a smile. The whole resort was clean, I felt like they had a great system in place for their daily cleaning of the entire resort. They raked the beach every morning too, it made for a beautiful beach experience. Excellent entree options at the restaurants, the buffets had a great variety! "

"Atelier was a fantastic time. It's everything you would expect from an all-inclusive resort and so much more. The staff were outstanding and made us feel welcomed at every single turn and every place we went. Great food options and easy to use the reservation system as you can do it from your phone. You can also check on activities on your phone as well. As an Expedia Gold member I was given all the benefits and the room upgrade was astounding. The roof top suite was one of the best experiences I've ever had and the view was phenomenal overseeing the golf course and the multi-blue waters of Playa Mujeres. I would definitely come back again."

"Beautiful view and beach. Rooms we had were great and loved it. Close stores and malls to walk to as well and free shuttle to neighboring resort. Our host Lesley went out of her way to give information and make reservations for us. Even when she was not at work she was still helping us. I would stay here again and if I go back to Cancun we will stay there again for sure. Nicest resort Iv ever stayed at. The only issue we had was with the all inclusive stipulations with drinks. When you pay to have a beautiful view and want to stay on the outside balcony to enjoy the view it should not be a chore to get drinks to your room. Two beer each is not realistic and your fridge should be stocked with what you request. Or a six pack at a time would be nice. This was a complaint from other guests as well. Not just me. That was our only issue and suggestion to correct. "

"It was our first time in Cancun and we loved our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was really good! Highly recommend La Joya and the mussels that our waiter said we must try!!!!! The new restaurants downstairs were all really great too. Would love to go back!"
