The property is located in the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen, about 53 km | 33 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Always refer to your mobile map app for accurate driving times, as they may vary depending on the time of day.


We want you to enjoy your stay with us to the fullest, so we're sharing some important details for your comfort and safety in a clear and simple way:

If you wish to park your car in the underground parking lot, please let us know in advance. We'll need information such as the car type, make, and license plate number to provide to security.

Housekeeping and Linens
For stays of 28 nights or more, we include complimentary cleaning and linen changes every 15 days. If you prefer more frequent changes, we're happy to arrange this for an additional $40 USD service charge.

Access Replacement
Lost or non-returned keys: $500 MXN charge.

Contract and Security Deposit
When confirming your reservation or at check-in, we'll ask you to sign a vacation rental contract for your stay.
In some cases, depending on the platform used, a credit card security deposit may be required, which will be refunded 7 days after your departure if everything is in order.

House Rules
- Guests must be 21 or older to book.
- Smoking is prohibited on the property, as is the use of recreational drugs. Failure to comply will result in a $300 USD fine.
- Parties, events, and illegal activities are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, but excessive noise is requested at all times.
- Only those registered on the reservation are allowed to stay.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning that occurs during their stay.
- Government identification is required upon check-in and may be requested again during the stay if ID verification is required.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please respect the residential complex rules to maintain community harmony.
