「We have been to several all inclusives and really enjoyed this resort. The room was clean, staff was helpful, beach was beautiful, and activity staff made it super fun for my high school/ college age kids. Shout out to Diego! It is a more affordable resort so drinks were about as expected but the food left a lot to be desired. It's basically all cafeteria style and you only get 1 restaurant dinner for 3 days. Compared to similar resorts it wouldn't take much to improve. Maybe a beachside...

「Muy buen lugar, así empiezan las descripciones, pero quedan cortas las palabras expresar que; casi no quisieras descansar por contemplar sus vistas a la naturaleza, y lo fácil que es relajarse y consentirse con sus vistas dentro de la habitación y jazuzzi. 「ホテルに到着するとウェルカムドリンクが頂ける。 タオルで作られた動物も部屋で迎え入れてくれる。 オーシャンビューを指定したが、目の前に木があり少し想像していたのとは異なった。 周辺にはコンビニとショッピングモールあり、ただし半日で飽きるかな？ 街の中心地セントロより少し離れているが、タクシーはホテルの目の前に常に待機しておりチップ込みで100ペソ程度。タクシードライバーの方にはホテル名（ラセイバ）と言うとわかっていただける。 無料Wifiあり、海に面したレストランあり、ダイビングセンター併設、出発はホテル敷地内桟橋、ファンダイビング2本で135ドル（インストラクターもおおらかなメキシコ人という感じで素晴らしい水中世界でダイビングでした）、施設内プール＋リクライニングチェアーありと優雅に過ごせると思います。」
