"My family booked this hotel on the recommendation of our friend who stayed here last year and it did not disappount The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodations suited our needs (family of 5 in the family connecting room), rooms were clean.and the location was very easy for us to navigate the city during our visit. We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet and were very impressed by the selection and quality. We will definitely be back!"

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter, restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and any questions we had during our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication before arrival was prompt and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which was especially appreciated during the hot and humid weather. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a convenient way to start the day. What stood out most was the hospitality of the team. They made a genuine effort to ensure our family had a comfortable stay and helped coordinate our onward travel plans. Overall, this was a very good stay and provided a comfortable base for our visit to Hanoi. I would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a convenient location, friendly service, and good value."

"The hotel was a haven amidst the chaos of Hanoi. All staff were very professional and friendly, and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible by offering sightseeing suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good food in the restaurant and the rooftop bar was a great place for a cocktail. The swimming pool was very small - not really big enough to swim - but they have limited space on the rooftop. A very well located hotel right next to the Cathedral."
