「Friendly staff, comfortable bed, nothing special but a reasonable place to stay for a reasonable price. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper or a princess but we enjoyed our stay. 」

「「2013 年 5 月に全面改修工事を完了」と書いてあったので、期待していましたが、ペンキを塗りなおした程度に見えました。ロケーションはハイウェイ沿いにあるのでよいですが、少しうるさいです。４人で宿泊したのですが、タオルが２セットしか用意されてませんでいた。通過点としての宿泊と割り切れば、十分です。」

「Awful, unsafe, dirty, do not stay. Having said that shout out to Expedia customer service, great to deal with and booked us another room and helped with our refund. Expedia great this hotel terrible.」

「No room cleaning unless asked. The front staff were wearing ear buds and not super attentive. Bed was good. Shower leaked all over the floor. Parking very hard to navigate.」

「The location of the hotel was perfect. You are practically walking distance to the downtown pier. The staff where all very helpful, pleasant, professional and polite. I can tell the hotel was a bit outdated, but they are working on it. Despite all that, none of the less, the rooms are empecably clean!」

「Staff was great, parking check in ect all awesome. Breakfast wasnt so great . Good coffee The walls in our room were sticky and still had sticky tack from someone hanging decorations previously. Carpet beetles EVERYWHERE. Beds and bedding clean. The staff let the kids play and have fun at the pool unlike otherplaces that shushed the kids So very middle of the road 」

「Oh boy...I greatly dislike writing negative reviews. While Chemainus is adorable, the location is fantastic and the exterior is a dream...this aint it. Mouldy drapes, a number of amenities were broken (electric fireplace, mouldy fridge), no wifi, questionably clean bedsheets. And (I have photos as proof) a white substance residue left on the counter next to the bed. I will say that the indoor jet tub was amazing! I swear I heard a cough below us at one point and noticed a little door that looked...
