"We had a great stay at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The location is excellent—safe and very central, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and activities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great partial view of the harbor. While the decor felt a bit dated, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent selection, though a bit overpriced. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and service, and would definitely stay here again."

"Room was nice. I stayed four nights. I did not make use of the rooftop restaurant or the breakfast restaurant. Instead, I went elsewhere for food because I like to walk and explore. Coffee shops nearby. Location is excellent for catching the ferry across False Creek to Granville Island. The bathroom was nice. Spatious closet though no light near it. Bed was comfortable. High windows. Staff was helpful and responsive. Cleaning person knocked at 8AM one morning, which I thought was a bit early to do so. Easy (and safe) walk of about 1/2 mile to Vancouver Museum of Art. All in all, a pleasant place to stay."

"My mattress was uneven but I am happy with the quick response from the hotel. I also received a complimentary breakfast because of it but the restaurant host struggled to find it under my room even with the message on my phone clearly stating it was there. It was quite awkward.. the host made me feel as though I was asking for a free breakfast. It might be helpful to have the complimentary breakfast message out in a comment everyone can see at once.. he made me feel as though I was making it up or being spammed. Thank you for your kindness and quick response otherwise."

"We were upgraded to a panoramic view room at no additional charge. The view was amazing. The room was clean and the floor was quiet. We were close to everything you could possibly need. We only stayed one night to board our cruise the next day. We would stay here again if we come back and visit Vancouver."

"We stayed in the Sea to Sky Suite on the fifth floor. Well worth the upgrade. The patio was huge and it overlooks the heated pool. Our suite was very clean and very spacious. A one bedroom king. You also overlook the harbor. During the World Cup you look straight at the screen that every match be televised. We also had Gold Room access. I’m not sure that is worth it. The space was to small compared to the Fairmont Empress on Victoria Island. It was much larger and more luxurious. At this Fairmont the space was way over crowded. At breakfast I felt like I was at Hampton Inn. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Regardless, I loved the hotel. Be prepared to be around a lot of tourists when you go outside. The ships also dock there. One last note my partner and I had a late lunch at the restaurant. Fabulous service and staff! Way to go! Food was good. I had the filet and mashed potatoes. Delicious. My partner had the chicken. Delicious again. Check out was great at noon. Our car was parked at the door, suitcases packed by the bellboy and we were off. Vancouver is beautiful."
