"Room was clean. Staff was patient helpful and friendly. Exceptional service, the manager who helped me was on her way out the door, but when she saw me, she asked if I had a room key from the switch, and was able to provide me with a key, saving me a ton of time, and the hotel was accommodating to help give me the room I paid for. "

"The stay was phenomenal. The room was ready a little late, so the hotel offered us a free drink at the bar and access to their club lounge which had free snacks and beverages. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great! The views from our room were absolutely stunning. Wish we could have stayed longer! "

"Staff friendly. Old building done up really well in a great location. Cloise to waterfront (Coal Harbour) and shopping district (Robson and Albernie streets) - close to all downtown amenities really. Room was large, clean and comfortable. There was no bathtub, large shower only. "
