「We arrived really late—around 2 a.m.—because of circumstances beyond our control. I explained the situation to Dilesh on the way, and he was so understanding and made sure we could check in smoothly in the middle of the night. He even set an alarm for 2 a.m. just to wake up and greet us. We really appreciated his kindness and thoughtfulness. Plus, the property was very clean and conveniently located, making it easy to get around and explore different areas of Vancouver.」

「This unit is placed right in the middle of center city Vancouver. It was really easy to walk to the Convention Centre, the Art Institute, the piers for tour boats, and all kinds of restaurants. And the price was much better than hotel options in center city.」

「The property was very clean but we did have trouble with the cooling system and reaching a comfortable temperature for our preference. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond. We did need cream and sugar for our coffee, and perhaps more coffee had we had cream and sugar but the host did offer to reimburse us if we purchased any.
